Orange Juice
Oatmeal cooked in water – 1 cup of oatmeal and 1 cup of boiling
water. Pour water into bowl with oatmeal and let stand for three
to five minutes. Sweeten with honey
Fresh fruit
Banana, papaya, cantaloupe, grape, pear, peach and apple
Dried fruit
Raisins, figs, prunes.
The night before the fruit is eaten these should be placed in
a bowl with enough water to cover them. These should not be cooked.
They are ready to be eaten soft the next morning
Toast – Organic bread only
Breakfast is the same each day. The fresh fruit and dried fruit
can be varied. Amounts for the fruits can be determined by the individual.
